*  Additional cost may be added depending on the image or subject (more than three people, etc). All prices are determined in advance before any work begins. 30% deposit due at time of contracted work. Sketches are provided for approval on paintings at which time the second 30% is due. Remaining amount is due when drawing or painting is complete. Custom framing may by available at a negotiated price.
